Leon Donne, Steampunk Cyborg

A character made for a friend.

His parents were killed in a car accident while he was paralyzed waist down. He fell in love with Constance (becile girl, see below) but her job at Becile Industries tore their relationship ad Leon was disguisted. During war time, he leanred of mechnical technology and with the help of several inventors, he rebuilt himself 9though he doesn't actually fly with those wings). He now plays piano in bars and steals fruit because he likes fruit. He also wanders streets protecting children from dangerous people.
He has a cyborg eye and electrical blades (stabbing or electrocution), he is cool, collected and suave.
